OVERVIEW
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all product orders purchased on the Jellca official website. This policy clarifies order processing rules, shipping time limits, delivery standards, delay explanations, risk transfer rules, and related user rights and obligations, which is binding on all transaction behaviors of this site.
SECTION 1 ORDER PROCESSING TIME
After the customer successfully places an order and completes payment, our team will verify the order information, inspect product quality, arrange packaging and shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends, statutory holidays, and peak promotion periods will be postponed accordingly, and will be processed in priority sequence on the first working day after the holiday.
All plush toys, fabric bags, and hanging ornaments will be strictly inspected for appearance, stitching, and packaging before shipment to ensure that the products delivered to customers are intact and undamaged.
SECTION 2 SHIPPING TIME & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Jellca provides global shipping services. The delivery time varies according to different destination countries and regions. The estimated delivery cycle is as follows:
1. United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
2. European Countries: 10–20 business days
3. Australia & Southeast Asia: 8–18 business days
4. Other global regions: 15–30 business days
All delivery times are estimated values only and are not absolute guarantees. Normal logistics delays caused by cross-border transportation characteristics do not constitute Jellca’s performance breach.
SECTION 3 SHIPPING FEE STANDARD
All shipping fees, handling fees, and remote surcharges are subject to the real-time calculation displayed on the checkout page. Unless otherwise specified by official activities, all listed product prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other additional fees, which shall be borne by the customer.
We will launch free shipping, order discount, and other preferential activities from time to time. The activity rules shall prevail over the single preferential terms published on the official website.
SECTION 4 CUSTOMS & TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Cross-border orders may incur local customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees, and other regulatory fees when entering the destination country. All tax and customs-related expenses shall be borne by the customer. Jellca does not undertake tax exemption, tax reimbursement, and customs clearance guarantee obligations.
Customers shall cooperate with local customs inspection and clearance procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations. Order detention, return, and loss caused by customers’ failure to cooperate with clearance shall be borne by customers themselves.
SECTION 5 LOGISTICS DELAY DISCLAIMER
Jellca is not liable for any logistics delays, transportation pauses, and delivery failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party carrier efficiency fluctuations, customs inspection delays, local traffic control, bad weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, policy adjustments, and force majeure events.
We will actively track the logistics status and assist customers in checking abnormal orders, but do not assume compensation liabilities for time cost losses, subjective experience losses, and indirect losses caused by delays.
SECTION 6 RISK TRANSFER RULE
After Jellca completes product packaging, quality inspection, and hands over the goods to the official designated logistics carrier, the ownership of goods and all risks of loss, damage, and missing will be automatically transferred to the customer.
We only guarantee the intactness of products before shipment. Losses and damage occurring during logistics transportation shall be handled according to the compensation rules of the logistics carrier and local insurance clauses.
SECTION 7 UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED ORDERS
If the order cannot be delivered successfully due to the customer’s reasons including incorrect filling of receiving address, invalid contact information, long-term unclaimed package, and refusal to clear customs, resulting in package return or abandonment, all resulting logistics costs, loss costs, and handling fees shall be borne by the customer, and we will not provide free re-delivery and full refund services.
SECTION 8 POLICY UPDATE & EXPLANATION
Jellca reserves the right to update and adjust this Shipping & Delivery Policy according to logistics channel changes and business optimization needs. The latest policy content will be published on the official website page, and the revised date shall prevail. Continued shopping on this site is deemed as acceptance of the latest policy terms.
